The Assistant Planner is accountable getting ready, creating, executing and monitoring media plans for assigned shoppers and campaigns. Moreover, they’re required to study and know the procedures and processes of the everyday operating of the account.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop media plans; work intently with shopper and media strategists, and funding specialists to develop holistic communications plan.
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop shopper insights, position of channel, price range allocations, and start to develop analytical expertise.
Compile analysis and aggressive knowledge that shall be submitted to planning groups and shoppers to make sure shopper is reaching audience.
Study to make the most of syndicated sources/packages and grasp primary media math.
Develop tactical elements of shopper media campaigns, similar to move charts, spreadsheets and price range summaries.
Work collaboratively with Planners in any respect ranges to craft RFPs and temporary Funding groups on insights and methods.
Oversee and coordinate decision of billing and discrepancies inside designated timeframe.
Take part in staff brainstorming periods
Deal with day-to-day shopper requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s diploma required with associated coursework in promoting, marketing, and/or communications
zero-1 yr media planning/shopping for expertise (internship strongly most popular)
Proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Capability to speak concisely and clearly, each written and oral
Robust organizational and analytical expertise
Confirmed potential to work independently and as a part of an built-in staff
Element-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the power to multi-process and work nicely underneath tight deadlines in a quick-paced setting
