SUMMARY Processes numerous monetary transactions and sells monetary merchandise and providers. Attempt to retain current shoppers and develop new enterprise by extending top quality and environment friendly service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Symbolize Sterling Bank personably, effectively and tactfully whereas in touch with the general public both reality-to-face or by phone. Greet clients and thank them as they depart. Cross-sells bank merchandise and providers together with mortgage and funding referrals. Facilitates every day monetary transactions together with opening new accounts, contacting clients with maturing certificates, processing deposits, withdrawals and verify cashing. Balances and verifies money day by day together with ATM transaction entries. Understands and complies with bank insurance policies and procedures. Assists clients with questions and considerations on accounts. Assists different Customer Service Representatives with balancing, fixing issues as wanted. Might order day by day provide of money, and rely incoming money. Monitor department for clear, orderly look. Assists department operations in implementing new insurance policies and procedures within the department system. Maintains good attendance document and arrives to work in a well timed style. Should have the ability to work Saturdays. Different duties could also be assigned.
