THE POSITION

The Human Assets Business Partner (HRBP) Coordinates the HR associated actions in help of the Kings Hawaiian Eating places and Bakery enterprise models (three amenities). PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS


Minimal three – 5 years retail or restaurant HR Generalist (multi-property most popular)


Intermediate information of HRIS and Timekeeping methods (Kronos a plus)

Skilled presence; polished communication expertise and confirmed capability to successfully cope with all ranges
