Accounting for Revenue Taxes
- Basic ledger account reconciliations for the federal, state, and overseas revenue tax accounts that reside on both the stability sheet or revenue assertion for all of Hershey’s entities, each home and overseas
- Preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations for home entities
- Coordination with accounting personnel at overseas subsidiaries relating to preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations
US Tax Compliance for Overseas Operations
- Preparation of US tax filings relating to Hershey’s overseas subsidiaries together with mapping of trial stability accounts to tax return strains, preparation of guide/E&P variations, sourcing of revenue and bills, tax analysis on sourcing of revenue guidelines, and preparation of tax varieties
- Supporting position within the overseas tax credit score calculation
Annual Switch Pricing Documentation
- Collect entity degree info relating to intercompany transactions involving items (stock & fastened belongings), providers, and royalties
- Reconcile the intercompany transaction info by counterparty to comply with the overall ledger
