POSITION PURPOSE –

Division Mgr Finance offers complete monetary management, path and evaluation to the divisional and regional management groups. The Division Mgr Finance performs a key position in driving division and area efficiency, controlling prices, and works intently with the Division Finance leaders with a purpose to obtain enterprise objectives and create shareholder worth.

This position is the Regional Finance Chief supporting the Southern CA, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and Guam markets.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES –
30% Planning/Forecasting: construct retailer degree sales, wage, margin, stock, G&A and expense plans; consider sales, stock, ,margin, influence and expense plan changes; forecast sales, labor, bills and G&A.
30% Monetary Critiques: evaluation stats & controllable bills and supply actions and options to extend profitability; evaluate payroll elements together with Off-Cycle, New Rent and FT/PT combine; assessment P&L, present variance explanations and submit month-to-month reclasses and accruals to Accounting; put together regional evaluation and contribute on regional management calls.

5% Coaching: conduct subject monetary coaching periods.
