Project Management Analyst - Planet Pharma - Overland Park, KS -

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up and keep all undertaking documentation together with all information, data and stories based on the scope of labor and SOPS.


• Help with periodic assessment/audit of information for accuracy and completeness.


• Coordinate and monitor all info, communications, paperwork, supplies and provides for assigned tasks.


• Replace and keep inner techniques, databases, monitoring instruments, timelines and challenge plans with undertaking particular info.


• Determine and escalate discrepancies in undertaking monitoring knowledge, timesheet coding, expense knowledge billing, interpretation of monetary figures which can result in identification of out of scope actions not beforehand reported.


• Put together and distribute standing, monitoring and venture finance studies, and help the undertaking supervisor(s) with price range allocation and approval of invoices.


• Put together presentation supplies for conferences (inner/exterior) and undertaking abstract knowledge.


• Coordinate venture staff and/or buyer conferences together with logistics and supplies required.


• Coordinate with different venture help employees inside and out of doors the Medical Project Management Unit to determine and consolidate help processes.


• Will function main backup contact for inner undertaking staff and for exterior stakeholders/clients as designated by undertaking supervisor.


• Will undertake venture management actions as directed by undertaking supervisor.


• Practice and mentor extra junior venture help employees.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1 yr related expertise; or equal mixture of schooling, coaching and expertise.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Good communication and interpersonal expertise


• Good drawback fixing expertise


• Outcomes and element-oriented strategy to work supply and output


• Good planning, time management and prioritization expertise


• Robust software program and pc expertise, together with MS Workplace purposes
