Objective

Help public relations division with daily duties.

Key Accountabilities

• Compile and keep media lists


• Execute everyday duties to help division as instructed


• Analysis editorial calendars and deadlines


• Outreach to lengthy and brief-lead media underneath course of PR Managers


• Achievement of requests; present product info, imagery and/or samples


• Keep credit and confirmed placements


• Compile protection/placement recap stories and handle particulars of key PR initiatives

Information Expertise and Talents

• Robust understanding of and keenness for sports activities and style


• Means to work independently


• Robust organizational and time management expertise.


• Capability to prioritize and execute a number of assignments in a quick-tempo setting whereas working beneath tight deadlines.


• Potential to work inside a group setting


• Should possess robust written and verbal communication expertise.

Qualifications

• Presently enrolled in or a current graduate of a 4 yr school or college; ideally with a serious or concentrate on Advertising, Communications, or Enterprise (or any associated fields)


• Robust pc expertise: Educated in all Microsoft Workplace purposes is a should (Microsoft Phrase, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)


• Possess an curiosity in public relations, communications/media, trend and health


• Capability to study shortly and work in a quick-paced setting


• Potential to multi-activity and prioritize; element-oriented


• Associated internship experiences a plus
