SUMMARY
THE CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING ALL MANNER OF REQUESTS FROM NEW ORDERS, TO INVOICE QUERIES, TO FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. IN ADDITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AN ACCURATE RECORD OF ALL CUSTOMER AND CONTRACT INFORMATION. THIS MISSION CRITICAL POSITION MAY REQUIRE CANDIDATE TO WORK WEEKEND, NIGHTS AND HOLIDAYS.
WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE SALES TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT LEVEL OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
